| I wasn't sure about the gold cape as I thought it blended in with the sand too much. Here I changed the colour of the cape to green as I think green relates to the idea of rubbish more than gold. I chose a light green as I thought that a darker shade of green paired with the red t-shirt would start to resemble christmas colours. I also gave the character gloves as after going to the beach clean-up in Lyall Bay I realised that gloves were important when picking up gross and sometimes dangerous things. We want our character to be a role model for children so he needs to promote safety. |
